Cancellations: Please be aware that 24-HOUR ADVANCE NOTICE is required when cancelling any appointments.

Any cancellations within less than 24 hours of your appointment are subject to HALF THE COST of the cancelled appointment.

SAME DAY CANCELLATIONS: A "Same-Day" Cancellation is when an appointment is CANCELLED on the same day of the service appointment. Any "Same-Day" cancellations will also incur a charge of 100% of the booked services.
Any appointments that DO NOT SHOW without calling to cancel are subject to a charge of the FULL COST of the appointment. Multiple last-minute cancellations and/or “no-shows” will result in the inability to reserve future appointments.
Child Safety: Our policies strictly prohibit leaving children unattended in the salon. In order to ensure your child’s safety and provide a relaxing salon experience for all guests, if you must bring young children to your appointment, please provide appropriate supervision for them in the form of an additional caretaker.
Your Privacy: We observe strict privacy policies and won’t disclose your information to any other party. If personal and/or credit card information is put on file, it is encrypted and will be kept secure.
